French vegi slices vs with a French stew

From the variety of french dishes, here is something for a nonveg person.

Beef bourguignon

Anything beefy is always a big YES!!!

This is a mouth-watering non-veg that you can have as a side serving dish. Beef Burgundy is a French beef stew blanched in red wine, and beef stock, flavored with carrots, and garlic, and garnished with pearl onions, mushrooms, and bacon.

This refers to the use of wine; it is not a regional recipe from Burgundy.

Ratatouille

Now let's feel the aroma of healthy VEGETABLES!! I know this might sound weird but believe me this dish is gonna be added to your daily menu,
which is a summer vegetable stew, that originated as a French Provencal dish.

 RATATOUILLE!!
This name itself sounds unique same goes with the dish as well. This dish is gonna be a turning point for all the vegetable haters out there
cuz I am damn sure even tho u might hate the taste of vegetables but not anymore cuz this is gonna
be our favorite from now onwards. This easy summer dish might have had meek beginnings, but inspired countless iterations.
It has the simplest flavors meld beautifully into a hearty main dish or maybe a side dish.

Ratatouille has a well-defined unique taste and is hard to describe. It's made up of an acidic mix that includes eggplant, zucchini, and tomato sauce, which is cooked until they're rich in flavor. The dish is usually served warm, which allows the flavors to blend and
become more intense.
some commonly used ingredients in ratatouille aubergine, courgette, onions, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, and summer squash followed by some regular spices
and herbs like black pepper, thyme, oregano, and basil then seasoned with salt and olive oil threw in for a good measure.  At that point, it became the modern version of the eggplant, zucchini, pepper, and tomato dish
