Now if you are in the city of ROME to try some pasta dishes..this is the right place, a must-try dish in Rome is gonna be CARBONARA PASTA the most perfect and famous Italian dish made with spaghetti which is the main ingredient that is added with the right amount of water in boiling point to perfection, and then which is combined with two different kinds of cheese called PECORINO CHEESE and PARMESAN CHEESE along with some eggs and seasoning makes the best carbonara pasta.
Also, you have one more pasta option called AMATRICIANA PASTA a combo of a sauce called Amatriciana made with animal fat, lots and lots of tomatoes with some olive oil on top by dusting a little bit of seasoning mix. with this, the best combo is BUCATINI pasta toasted with olive oil and serve by tearing some basil along with some parsley, topped with some parmesan cheese, and end the process with a splash of olive oil.
