Something interesting about ITALY is that Italy became a country 157 years ago so this is probably the youngest country in the universe before that Italy was formed by kingdoms within the country like now cities like Naples, Venice, and Rome were then called the kingdom of Naples, the kingdom of Venice and kingdom of Rome which shows the difference between each. 

Now what's interesting about not being a country for years is that the culture, tradition, and style of making FOOD differ from city to city, and still that difference remain the same after years.
